2010 is the first season for Lake Erie Cottage. Lake Erie Cottage is a fully modernized family owned cottage. As its name implies, it is but a short walk from Lake Erie and a short drive to the many fine beaches in the area. It is a great place for families, especially those with smaller children as the large, landscaped backyard is set back from the road. There are many fine places to explore. Lake Erie Cottage is spacious and fully furnished and sleeps up to five. There is a gas BBQ. The cottage comes supplied with a TV and microwave. The cottage has fine walking trails with a small stream and waterfall.

2010 Prices. $650.00/week (7 nights). There is a $75.00
discount for multiple week stays. The rate is based on a five
person occupancy rate. (see policies) Additional persons will be
charged an extra $150.00. One Pet is welcome. A deposit of $150.00 is required at time of booking, with the balance in cash upon arrival. We normally rent from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival is at 2:00 or later, departure at 10:00 A.M.

The cottage has 2 three piece baths with showers, one upstairs and one downstairs. There is a large airy and sunny living room with expansive views all around. There are three BR's, one with a set of single beds, the other BR has a queen sized bed. In addition, there is a bed sitting room with a pull out sofa couch. There is also a utility room. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove and microwave.
TV is also included. The back yard has a picnic table and a
propane BBQ. A limited amount of gas is complimentary. A
chimeneya is also provided subject to local fire codes. |
